1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NETNOVA Technologies website ("the Site"), purchasing our products, or engaging our R&D and engineering services ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

2. Company and Services

NETNOVA Technologies is an industrial R&D and technology company providing Industrial IoT devices, embedded systems, wireless communication solutions, edge computing platforms and cloud-based device management. Our Services include custom R&D, product development, hardware design, firmware development, system integration and the NETNOVA Cloud Platform. All Services are provided subject to separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including product designs, technical documentation, datasheets, software, source code, architecture diagrams and visual materials, is the intellectual property of NETNOVA Technologies unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. For custom R&D projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the applicable service agreement.

4. Product Information

Product specifications, descriptions and availability are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. NETNOVA does not sell products directly through this Site. All product inquiries are handled through our engineering team. "Request Information" submissions do not constitute an order or contract.

5. R&D Services and Confidentiality

When you engage NETNOVA for R&D services, product development or custom engineering, both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement. Technical data, prototype designs, specifications and project details are treated as confidential. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to technical discussions.

6. Cloud Platform Usage

Use of the NETNOVA Cloud Platform is governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Customers are responsible for the security of their account credentials, the data transmitted through the platform, and compliance with applicable data protection laws. NETNOVA is not liable for data loss caused by customer misconfiguration or unauthorized access due to weak credentials.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NETNOVA does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Product warranties are provided separately in datasheets and service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETNOVA Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

NETNOVA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
