At NETNOVA, R&D is not a cost center that occasionally produces a patent. It is the engineering process that produces every product we ship, every service we deliver and every deployment we operate. The 48+ engineers in our R&D division own the entire loop from research to deployment.

That loop is structured into six stages — Research, Design, Prototype, Validation, Industrialization and Deployment — but the stages are not a waterfall. They are a continuous cycle: feedback from deployments feeds new research questions, which restart the loop.
